More recent layouts!

Grrr I don't know what is going on with the previous post the spaces and lines all over the place so i decided to start again!!!

I forgot to tell you about mothers' Day, I had a lovely day and was very spoilt, as well as all of the handmade goodies from school and kindy Jasmine bought me the sweetest candle holder from the mother's day stall at school, it is really lovely! it is on our dining room table and jasmein often expresses how proud she is of herslef for choosing that one. I am too!

My Neice turned 3 a few weeks ago , I made the cake as usual, Dora the explorer, I will have to get a photo from Trish and on Mothers Day My nephew made his 1st communion and confirmation. I have some sweet photos of all the "cousins" together.

Here is one I did a while back using the fabulous Basic Grey Sultry range.

These 2 are done using the My Minds eye 29th street market ranges, I love these products, they make creating a layout so easy!

this is a bad photo of this layout, I love this one, one of my favourites.

This one has been done using the amazing Accucut machine, Ask at scrapbook City how you can join the acccut club and use it to cut out any of the pieces on the layout including the scalloped bazzill and much more including mini albums, stay tuned as I am in the middle of creting a mini album. so will share that soon!

I have a few more photos of layouts that I haven't got off my camera so will share them soon too!!!

have a great afternoon and I will try not to leave it so long between posts.

It's about Time!

I am not very good at this blogging thing. The counter says that people are visiting, you must be bored looking at the same old post! LOL!!

What have I been up to? Well we had the scrapbook City retreat which was so much fun, I was in and out all weekend as I worked at the shop on the Saturday. The fancy dress night was an absolute crack up we had to go as movie characters. The Scrapbook City girls - Kerri, Leisa and the design Team Me, Michelle, Katie and Angela went as the characters from Austin Powers. It was soooooo funny. Kerri was Austin Powers and Leisa was dr Evil and we were the Go Go girls, we had a ball and lots of laughs.

There were some outstanding costumes Wizard of Oz. Star War, Grease, Fred flinstone, Adams Family, Sister act, Marilyn Munroe (she was amazing!!) Carrie from Sex and the City, Teenage Mutant Ninja turtles and I think that was it, just fabulous. As always the weekedn was excellent, good company, great food, lots of laughs not so much sleep and a bit of scrapping too! The scrapbook city retreats are awesome, it was lovely to meet some of the people that I have got to know online in real life, it was a bit of a shame that I didn't have more time to spend with them. Kerri and Leisa are so generous when it comes to the class kits and classes and the challenge packs. Well worth the money! The waiting list is set up already for next year, April 24th 25th and 26th. so if you are thinking of going to a retreat seriously think about this one but get in quick, I think it might already be full!!!!!!!!!!!

The papercraft convention is on the June long weekend, I will be there with Scrapbook city on the Sunday so come and say hi! My baby boy turns 4 on the 11th of June can you believe it, I can't sob sob!! they grow so quickly.

OK I am going to add a few of my latest (and not so latest) creations heehee! This one titled Lone Pine is a creative Cafe Kit to go, if you like what you see, pop onto Scrapbook city and you can get one including the "recipe card"

The creative cafe products are fabulous.
